** Purpose: This position is responsible for supervising the whole operation of Food Court (both front and back of the house); ensures the efficient food & beverage service. Check work performance of his subordinates to ensure their work performance are met with the guest expectation. ** Main Responsibilities: - Ensures that Food Court must be clean and tidy all the time; - Daily checks shop operating hours to ensure they are punctual; - Is responsible for re-arrangement of food shop and cleanliness of cooking area; - Is responsible for Food Court inspection of food quality and cleanliness; - Controls all the shop leasing contract matter e.g. contract, tenant liaise, and documentation; - Monitors shop decoration progress accordance to the floor plan designed; - Monitors food pricing to ensure that all vendors not selling the wrong price; - Inquires after guests’ satisfaction and handle complaint; - Manages over cashiers and conduct training to develop their working knowledge & knowhow; - Arranges cashier working schedule according to the situation; - Monitors on cashier’s working performance to ensure for best service; - Performs other duties as assigned by superior.
