- Follows up product transaction Sales Order with client. - Prepares sales quotation as requested, - Receives order from customer(s) with accurate records, - Promptly answers and redirects any incoming telephone calls and serves customer(s) in an effective and polite manner, - Issues sale invoices and makes sure the products are transferred to customer(s) correctly and on time, - Explains product specification to customers, - Maintains good connection with customers, - Maintain a good sales pitch and customer records, - Assists with the arrangements for meetings and taking notes as required, - Desing Product Information with Photoshop, Corel - Other jobs as requested.
