- Verifies purchase requisitions; clarifying unclear items; recommending alternatives. - Forwards available inventory items by verifying stock; scheduling delivery. - Prepares purchase orders by verifying specifications and price. - Obtains purchased items by forwarding orders to suppliers. - Keeps information accessible by sorting and filing documents. - Other possible tasks related

Job Requirement

- At least 1 year experiences - MAt least 2nd year student / graduated student in the field of accounting or related field - English is acceptable (Speaking and Writing) - Be able to speak Chinese preferable - Be able to work under pressures - BBe able to use Microsoft office ( Word, Excel,.. ) Internet, Facebook, E-mail - Be able to produce report to Manager.
