** Job Purpose: Oversees all aspects of leasing management; develops leasing plans to identify new clients and negotiate with prospective tenants to maximize income in line with the business plan. Ensures proper tenant mix in the property in line with business strategy and market demand, and to achieve the Company’s desired business objectives. Main Responsibilities: - Tenant Management / Lease Administration & Documentation; - Prepares and maintains all necessary documents for contracts, amendments, lease summaries and other document related to leasing operations; - Meets and negotiates with potential retailers or tenants to secure the deals and submit offers; - Meets the tenants to hear their issues & ideas and arranges a solution to their problems; - Achieves tenant satisfaction within the limits and conditions provided by the mall management and other related regulations, company policies and procedures, convention and practices that have been established; - Acquisition of new tenants Building up and maintaining good relations with current and potential tenants and lease agents; - Studies, reviews and recommends policies and procedures that will increase, improve, and maximize tenant occupancy of the mall; - Collaborates with other Departments for the improvement of tenant’s performance as well as tenancy and leasing operations for the purpose of actualizing target rental income budget and planned occupancy levels; achieves tenant satisfaction within the limits and conditions; - Performs other job that assigned by Head of Operation.
