-Day-to-day management of the brand’s social media communities (facebook, instagram, trip advisor); -Keep up to date with any social media trends and social media influencers; -Response to customers’ queries and questions; maintaining the highest level of customer service; -Analyses social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement; -Regularly monitor competitor social media sites and create competitor analysis reports weekly, monthly and quarterly; -Coordinate all hotel promotions and marketing initiatives including Rooms & Meetings, Food & Beverage, cultural and PR events.

-BA degree in Business, Journalism, Media or a similar subject; -Previous experience in building social media communities and general marketing experience; -Experience in using Social Media Management and Monitoring Systems & tools; -Excellent comprehension of the English language and its grammatical nuances; -Strong communication and inter-personal skills; -Strong organisational and management skills with exceptional attention to detail; -Pro-active with a passion for luxury hospitality and passion for all things digital.
