-Perform or review routine account postings -Reconcile or review key accounts (cash and bank, stock, account receivables and payables) -Prepare monthly customers’ statement of accounts and daily cash collection -Review or perform monthly stock count -Manage fixed assets -Prepare monthly tax returns -Prepare management accounts and relevant financial reporting -Support and deal with internal and external auditor -Learn and adapt to the internal policy of the company -Review, monitor, update or recommend internal accounting process -Other tasks be provided by direct supervisor or management

-Bachelor Degree in accounting from recognized institutions. -Patient, honest, and trustworthy -Strong knowledge in accounting standards -At least one or two years of working experience in Accounting (i.e. with trading company is an advantage) -Strong knowledge in the Excel computing program accounting software such as QuickBooks, Peachtree, or other similar accounting system -Flexibility and willingness to support not only finance department but all company’s related departments to achieve the company’s business objectives -Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure in short time frame -Good knowledge of English both speaking and writing -Ability to work as a team
