-Respond to implement valuation task assign by supervisor/manager and completed it on time (date line) -Try to understand about working flow valuation job, duty & self-responsibilities. -Collect payment from customers. -Insure to implement the task as your professional skill, honest, integrity, balance, and working as team. -Organize report and delivery to the banks, Customers or Ministries. -Building good relationship with banks and related department to reinforce working -Relationship and market network. -Work closely with accountant to release invoice. -Well understanding location in Phnom Penh. -Organize documents work as administrator. -Be a part of marketing person to advertise and promote all the company’s service to target customers.

-Under graduated Bachelor Degree -Computer skills, Ms.office, Internet & Email. -Have good communication in Khmer, English, Chinese is plus -Friendly, enthusiasm, and have passion to grow in real estate industry. -Able to drive vehicle and travel in Phnom Penh. -Honest, Integrity, and hard working, Be able to sustain under pressure.
