•Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or relevant/specific field •Minimum three years of professional working experience in system administration and providing hardware and software support •Practical experience and knowledge in administering and supporting Microsoft Windows server 2008/2012, Windows 7,10 and Office 2010 •Knowledge of network design, configuration and management •Good understanding and experience of Router/Firewall configuration, VPN and remote access • on latest development in the field of information technology •Strong client focus skills •Proven team working ability •Use of initiative in problem solving and solves problems with appropriate upward referral •Suggests new ways to improve the work process •Contributes to team building
