- Ensures that Food Court must be clean and tidy at all time. - Enquire after guests’ satisfaction and handle complaint. - Inspects all equipments continuously and keep well maintained to ensure they are all properly functioning. - Reviews on a regular basis, all menus together with the chef of every Food Stores, and make recommendation where necessary. - Monitors the quality and quantity of all food and beverage items served. - Check all Staff of every Food Store regularly for cleanliness, appearance and awareness of pride in their uniform. - Ensures the display of food & beverage items by the counter of each Food Store are presentable and follow the Food Court standard by checking daily, in coordination by chef. - Other tasks may be assigned from time to time.
