Job Description

** Job Purpose: Administers the accounts payable ledger, ensuring that expenditure is promptly and accurately recorded whilst maintaining financial process controls. ** Main Responsibilities: 1. Payment: - Posts all expense into accounting system, Quickbooks, and reviews it at the end of the month; - Verifies that supporting documents to the payment transactions are complied with financial policies and procedures; - Prepares bank reconciliation at each month end; - Controls and follows up advance from inter company; - Updates Fixed Asset Listing and calculates depreciation expense to enter into Accounting system; - Reconciles processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances; - Monitors inventory in quantity and calculates cost of inventory to record in accounting system; - Disburses petty cash by recording entry; verifying documentation; - Verifies Petty Cash report to accounting system at month end; - Investigates with bank if there is improper transaction occurred; - Verifies payroll list with supporting documents to ensure accuracy and completeness; 2. Taxation: - Prepares all tax decalaration such as monthly tax return, vehicle tax and property tax; - Recalculates salary tax from payroll list to ensure correctness; - Assists in all type of tax audit such as desk audit, tax assessment and tax audit; - Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential. 3. Perform other tasks as assigned by superior.

Job Requirement
