** Job Purpose: Leasing Executive (Promotion, Advertising & Light Box) was involved in many aspects of marketing, including: strategic planning, advertising, promotion, light box, public relations, sponsorship; and research. ** Main Responsibilities: - Customer service; - Control all the promotion, advertising matter & light box e.g. contract, customer liaises, and documentation; - Monitor promotion space; - Extend more advertising and light box space as much as possible; - Daily check on promotion, advertising and light space to ensure for better service provided; - Inform to customer 03 months in advance before the expired date of the contract; - Prepare promotion weekly report; - Prepare monthly report of promotion, advertising and light box; - Perform others job that assigned by Senior Marketing Executive.
