- Greeting clients, visitors, and guests - Interact with clients to provide information in response to inquiries - Respond politely to clients, visitors, and guests - Introduce company services - Update visitors’ records - Assist in filling out forms - Keep work area clean and tidy on a constant basis - Respond to emails and correspondence

- Having experience in receptionist is advantage - Female only - Pleasant personality - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Be able to communicate in English well - Positive working attitude - Can use computer Microsoft Word & Excel - Good at problem solving - Be honest, helpful, and friendly - Professional communicate skill for both phone and email with customers - Freshman is encouraged - Any other tasks will be assigned by General Manager
