Job Description

** Job Purpose: Assist Chief Executive Officer with scheduling, planning, coordinating, and administrative support to the day-by-day operation. ** Main Responsibilities: * Administrative Functions: - Schedule and manage CEO calendar and travel arrangements; - Provide total administrative and scheduling support while managing the day-to-day operations of the CEO; - Draft and/or prepare memorandums and business correspondence for CEO, ensuring the accuracy of all documents provided; - Organize and prioritize incoming calls received for CEO (re-routing or assisting callers as needed); - Maintain departmental correspondence for CEO; - Responsible for meeting agenda/presentation material preparation and minutes taking; - Design and prepare departmental reports (i.e. charts, graphs, tables, business plans); - Create and develop visual presentations for CEO; - Maintain contact lists and task lists for CEO as necessary; - Other tasks as assigned by CEO. * Coordinating Functions: - Acts as liaison between various departments and CEO; - Ensure all daily operational functions of CEO are completed smoothly and efficiently; - Coordinate the external events; - Schedule meetings and completes arrangements for meeting venues and other materials as required; - Completes special projects as required; - Other tasks as assigned by CEO.

Job Requirement
