1. To promote export of Cambodia rice by approaching new buyers. 2. Service existing customer requirements. 3. Delivery of sample product to new and existing buyers. 4. Prepare weekly sales report for management. 5. Create brand awareness to potential buyers. 6. Manage monetary collections from clients. 7. Maintain professional customer service standards at all times. 8. Identify key competition in the market. 9. Coordinate pre-sales requirement (testing and sample delivery) 10. Coordinate with Factory on fulfilling the order requirements.

1. BA/MS degree in business administration or a related field 2. Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets 3. Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization 4. Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close 5. Negotiation experience and excellent verbal presentation and communication skills. 6. Strong business sense and industry expertise 7. Required to commute between representative office and factory 8. Ability to speak mandarin is a plus
