- Minimum 5 Years of working experience in similar capacity - Full knowledge of all aspects of an Interior design work - Fluent in written and oral English - Responsible to develop concept design, space planning, design development and presentation materials for project undertaken by company - Provide creative input for design solution - Select , propose materials and present design concepts - Prepare CAD layout plan, furniture details drawing in Auto Cad and other drawing related design software - Render 2D and /or 3D drawing - Produce construction and shop drawing - Presentation of design concept to client - Liaise and coordinate with subcontractor , supplier and client at various stage of works effectively - Project Management in ensuring timely delivery with minimal/ZERO defect - Lead and take charge of a team of interior designer - Site Visits (as and where required) - Ability to work independently
