- Be responsible to properly record, monitor and manage the filling of all financial documents, - Ensure all the movement of financial documents from storage or warehouse has recorded in the logbook, - Make sure all financial documents are kept in the safe place, - Work out with finance team to support and retrieve documents for them as request, - Other tasks required by manager.

Job Requirement

- At least 1 year experience related the post - Bachelor Degree in Business Administration/Accounting - Ability to finish works with minimal supervision - Good knowledge in filing management - Computer skill mainly proficiency in MS application - strong verbal and written communication skills - Able to work independent and under pressure.
