• On-site visit Prévoir’s client at health facility • Support for cashless access at network health facilities • Build relationship with all of NHFs in the responsible areas by meeting them regularly • Collect claim documents from client and network health facilities • Promote health insurance product and health insurance services to MFI’s clients • Jointly training with Provincial Coordinator on claim management process to MFI partners • Weekly report to Customer Service Manager • Perform other tasks as required by the supervisor

• 4th year university student or university degree in Marketing/ Management or equivalent • Having experience in customer service is an advantage (who intend to develop a career in micro insurance company is encouraged to apply) • Able to communicate both in Khmer and English • Flexible attitude, independent, honest and teamwork personality • Flexibility (e.g. adjusting to changing circumstances and working on a variety of tasks) • Computer literate MS Word, Excel, email The position is open to Khmer national.
