- Provide food and beverage services to guests in a manner consistency with SOKHA Hotel. - Take over duties from the previous shift. Hand over properly before leaving. - Serve food and beverages according to the guest orders efficiently. - Send soiled linen and collect clean linen from laundry during each shift. - Present the menu, make recommendations and push F&B sales. - Remember the guests’ names and address them by their names if possible. - Maintain good communication with all other Hotel departments.
